THE CREATIVE COLLECTIVE

Ten specialists.
One standard.

Contour Studio is a ten-person creative collective spanning strategy, direction, engineering, and post-production. Human expertise at every node of the pipeline.

EXECUTIVE OFFICE

Aris

The Orchestrator — CEO

Aris is the grounded intelligence at the center of everything Contour Studio produces. Zen-precise in their logic and severe in their standards, Aris built this studio as a disciplined system — not a creative free-for-all. Every campaign that ships has passed through their framework.

With a background in data systems and strategic operations, Aris established the production architecture that governs how client briefs become campaign outputs. Their approach is mathematical: define the objective precisely, build the execution graph, review every node before it advances. No output ships without their sign-off on the production logic.

"The pipeline is only as precise as the intention you put into it at the start."

PRE-PRODUCTION
Saga

PRE-PRODUCTION

Saga

Visionary Director

Saga is the soul of the collective. She visualizes the impossible concepts — the campaigns clients haven't thought to ask for yet. Ethereal in her thinking, precise in her execution, she is the "why" behind every video Contour Studio produces.

Saga translates emotional territory into production mandates. Before a single prompt is written, Saga defines what a campaign should make the viewer feel — and works backwards from that emotional target to define setting, atmosphere, talent direction, and color language. Her pre-production work is what separates Contour Studio's outputs from generic AI generation.

"You can't engineer feeling. You have to lead with it."

Anika

PRE-PRODUCTION

Anika

Material Specialist — Product Lead

Meticulous, structured, and cold in her logic — Anika protects the physical integrity of every product that enters the pipeline. She is the reason a glass perfume bottle looks like glass, a sneaker keeps its stitching, and a supplement bottle holds its label text without hallucination.

Anika's expertise is in material realism: how diffusion models handle (and mishandle) transparent glass, reflective metals, fine typography, and organic textures. She routes each product brief to the correct model — OmniGen, Flux.1, or SDXL with ControlNet — based on the specific material challenge, and writes the technical conditioning parameters that produce physically accurate results.

"The product is the client's brand. It has to be exact."

Hopi
04
PRE-PRODUCTION

Hopi

Spatial Architect — Layout Lead

Hopi holds the grid. Mathematically organized and architecturally precise, she ensures every generated scene has correct perspective, accurate vanishing points, and spatial integrity that survives the client's eye.

Hopi specializes in spatial composition — the geometry of a scene. She builds the 3D perspective framework before any generation begins: defining depth layers, establishing correct horizon lines, ensuring architectural elements obey physics. On complex scenes involving product placement in environments, Hopi's spatial maps prevent the distortion and impossible geometry that typically breaks AI-generated room and environment shots.

"Every frame is a math problem before it's an art problem."

Luka
05
PRE-PRODUCTION

Luka

QA Master — Compliance Expert

Strict, sharp, and uncompromising. Luka commands the feedback loop and ensures every output meets brand compliance standards before it advances. He is the line between a good generation and a delivered asset.

Luka's role is systematic rejection. He reviews every pipeline output against the original brief with a structured checklist — brand color accuracy, text legibility, logo integrity, product detail fidelity — and sends anything that doesn't pass back through the system with precise revision notes. His intensity is what makes the 100% satisfaction rate possible.

"There is no such thing as 'close enough' in brand compliance."

PRODUCTION

Kenji

Story Architect — Script & Narrative Lead

Kenji is the logic of the frame. He translates the high-concept vision into a strict, sequential prompt script that AI can execute without hallucinating the story beats — ensuring narrative continuity across every deliverable in a campaign.

Kenji's expertise is in the architecture of sequences. He writes the execution graph that governs how a campaign unfolds across multiple frames or scenes — ensuring that a character's wardrobe, position, and expression are consistent from shot to shot, that a story has a beginning, tension, and resolution, and that the AI models never lose track of what scene they're in. His scripts are the code the pipeline executes.

"A campaign without narrative structure is just pretty noise."

Lumina
07
PRODUCTION

Lumina

Lighting & Environment Director

The Master of Photons. Lumina builds the environment map — the complete lighting and atmosphere framework that makes every Contour Studio output feel like it was shot on location, not generated in a data center.

Lumina's technical expertise is in environment lighting systems: HDR maps, practical light simulation, the behavior of natural light at specific times of day in specific geographic conditions. On set, they specify every light source — direction, quality, color temperature, fall-off — and translate those specifications into the conditioning parameters that make diffusion models produce physically correct illumination.

"Light is the first thing the eye believes. Get it right."

Iris
08
PRODUCTION

Iris

Identity Lead — Casting & Talent Director

The Guardian of the Face. Iris ensures that the digital talent — Contour Studio's proprietary AI models — remain consistent, authentic, and recognizable across every campaign they appear in.

Iris manages the casting pipeline: matching the right digital talent to the right brief, maintaining character consistency across face-swap operations, and ensuring the identity integrity that makes a campaign feel like it features a real person rather than a composite. She runs the IP-Adapter FaceID conditioning that locks a talent's identity to a specific seed, guaranteeing the same face, skin tone, and facial geometry across all deliverables.

"Clients are paying for character consistency. That's a technical problem I solve."

Mei
09
PRODUCTION

Mei

Physics Lead — Procedural FX Master

The Gravity Director. Mei turns math into dynamic motion — fluid splashes, fabric physics, water behavior, hair dynamics. She is the reason Contour Studio's video outputs feel like they obey the physical world.

Mei's expertise is in procedural physics: the specific Wan 2.2 prompt architecture that produces realistic fluid dynamics, the image_guidance_scale values that lock a subject in place while the environment moves around them, the ControlNet skeleton conditioning that prevents limbs from melting on contact. She handles every brief where motion physics is the production challenge — and she treats each as a math problem with a specific solution.

"Every physics failure in AI video is just an under-specified constraint. I specify the constraints."

Prism

Colorist & Upscale Lead — The Finisher

The ultimate visual artist. Prism has the final eye — she handles 4K upscaling and the color grade that makes every Contour Studio deliverable look like it came out of a premium post-production house.

Prism is the last creative gate. She takes the approved pipeline output and applies the final layer that makes it campaign-ready: color grading matched precisely to the client's brand hex codes, 4K upscaling via AI video upscaler, luma tuning and shadow recovery, and the overall color science that ensures the output looks consistent across platforms. Her work is why clients who receive Contour Studio deliverables ask how the AI managed to look this considered.

"Color is the last thing you do and the first thing the audience feels."
